Management Plan
​
The Comal Trinity Groundwater Conservation District Management Plan as required by Texas Water Code 36.1072 was revised and adopted following a public hearing on March 13, 2023. The Plan was submitted to the Texas Water Development Board and was approved as administratively complete in accordance with Texas Water Code 36.107(a) and (e) on May 5, 2023.
